To ease the effects of the snow filled streets you can see truck snow plow vehicles scooping up mounds of snow that have filled the streets. In place of the snow, these vehicles will leave salt on the streets.

The salt that is left as a result of the truck snow plow clearing the streets is because, unless there is a very heavy snowfall, the streets will become easier to drive. With their sturdy bodies and tires that have the resistance to ice the truck snow plow is the best friend to office and emergency workers who need to have the streets cleared of snow. Therefore the next time that you see a truck snow plow going along its way be thankful that you will see clear streets as it passes by.
